This unique item made by Yörük People from Turkey they are semi-nomads who are last nomads people we have in Turkey , living around Taurus Mountains. Besides many other features, the nomads are also famous for the weavings they weave on hand looms, which they weave with the world-famous Turkish cotton grown in Çukurova. These weavings are an indispensable part of the nomadic tents and their life. Today, we have the privilege of using these grain sacks, which are decorated with traditional Anatolian motifs by using woolen threads, as decorative items in our homes. I am happy to share these sacks with you, which can be used as runners especially in narrow areas such as hall way , kitchen, bedrooms etc.
