Spring Cushions made for to bring a fresh , cheerful atmosphere to your home. I use my vintage fabrics and dye them with plants such as walnuts, avocado, black beans, nettles etc. And design and sew them in my atelier.
Our fabrics hand-loomed in Turkey at 60`s , they come from a historical coastal town located to Black Sea region called Kandira . Kandira Fabrics loomed by local people since Roman times in Anatolia. I was lucky to collect some of this beautiful fabrics.
They have pleasant to touch yet sturdy to lasting long time using. They are suitable of any use of home textile such as a kitchen towel, place mats, napkins etc.
